The ZeroPortal PowerShell module is installed with the server and lives under C:\Program Files\ZeroPortal\PowerShell. The documentation contains the reference of every cmdlet.
After every new release Edge, Chrome or Firefox report "isn't commonly downloaded" or "may be harmful" for a while. That says nothing about the file, only about its age: the warning disappears once enough downloads of the new file have been counted. Check the file yourself:
