The first release of the 1.0 series turns the App-V publishing server into a platform for the digital workplace. New since 0.9.199:

MSIX and App Attach

Import of MSIX, Appx and bundle packages from the repository; dependencies and frameworks are detected and delivered along
Import of Store applications from winget download including the licence file, delivery without the Store
Entitlements to AD groups and accounts, portal groups, internal accounts and enrolled devices
App Attach images (CIM, VHDX) built in the portal, delivery format per policy, switching without data loss
Downgrades only with explicit approval, self-heal, in-use protection on terminal servers

Policies

Policy sets with priority, scope (ten filters) and templates for delivery, agent configuration, desktop, drives, printers, shortcuts, scripts, lockdown
Import from Group Policy Preferences (GPP XML), history and restore via PowerShell, RSoP preview via the REST API, custom templates

The new agent

Windows service with tray icon, sync in machine and user context, Kerberos, no inbound port
Several portal addresses with automatic failover
Notifications with progress, timing per package, ADMX template for the rollout

Identity and operations

Portal groups, internal accounts, break-glass account, roles per module, API keys, enrollment for devices without a domain, audit log
Licensing with 30 free licences, counting mode user or device, signed licence files
Backup and restore of the configuration, e-mail notifications, download centre with the agent MSI
Installer with bundled .NET runtime, MariaDB version check in setup, MariaDB 11.8 or newer
Web interface fully available in English and German

Stability and diagnostics release of the App-V series.

LDAP queries: crash fixed when objectSid was returned as text instead of binary
Complete LDAP configuration and a startup banner (machine, service account, URL) in the log regardless of log level
Node reachability service survives short logger errors; the HA topology endpoint returns a clean 503 on database errors
HA peer client with a 10-second timeout; the interface no longer hangs on offline nodes
Unused JavaScript add-ons and fonts removed

First public release: a complete replacement for the Microsoft App-V Publishing Server with high availability.

Import App-V packages from UNC shares, publish and unpublish, AD group access per package
Connection groups with package order and optional packages
App-V reporting: receive, store and display client usage reports
Primary/replica operation with wizard, failover and rolling updates; replica nodes forward writes to the primary
PowerShell module compatible with the App-V server cmdlets
